Los Jardines de Finca Amanecer
is seeking Healing Arts Practitioners wishing to retire in Costa Rica.
Our mission is to create a holistic community offering retreats in Londres, de Quepos, Costa Rica. Each home owner will be encouraged to have one or two guest cabinas and a "talent" room. Just imagine living and working in a seven acre Garden of Eden, and sleeping to the sounds of Rio Naranjo. When entering the property you'll be greeted by the fragrances of Ylan Ylan or Night Blooming Jasmine. Early risers can greet the mauve colored morning sky and may see the Scarlet Macaws enjoying breakfast in our Almond trees.
Los Jardines de Finca Amanecer is offering 11 residential lots sprinkled through out 7 acres of gardens. "El Santuario" of Finca Amanecer, will preserve the forest along the main sendero (path) and along the creek. To maintain the feeling of being in the Garden of Eden, the lots will be large, and the community gardens provide Vanilla, citrus, pineapples, cinnamon, and many more tropical fruits and spices. Quebrada Galera offers 500 feet of creek frontage on the southern boarder, and we wish to preserve it as a "Sanctuary" for man and beast and birds.
By networking together each practitioner will have an opportunity to earn an income by renting rooms or providing services. At this time we are seeking a yoga instructor, iridologist, colon-hydro therapy, massage, nutritionists, art therapy, grief recovery and marketing personnel. This avoids the need for Residency or a work permit. Foreigners are not allowed to take jobs away from the Ticos, but they can rent rooms and provide services which the Ticos don’t perform. By hosting retreats, we are creating more service jobs for the Ticos during the retreats.

Finca Amanecer has been operating as a B & B since 2003, and the majority of our guests agree the gardens are what make the space magically mystical.
