The owner has had the right of occupation for the past 13 years and the concession process should be completed in approximately one year.  With $75,000 down the owner will carry the balance at 6% annual interest, paid monthly.  Once the concession is in place, the balance will be due and payable.  The current owner will continue to assist in the concession process.
